Jacques and Adga Sarr run this personable Senegalese restaurant as if it's in their living room. They wander in and out of the kitchen, hanging out with guests, a child or two occasionally escaping out the back to run a lap. Dishes on the menu are available, well, when they're available. If they're in stock, try the pineapple-baobob fruit smoothie and the fluffy black-eyed pea fritters with a smooth tomato sauce. The meats can be overcooked and the sauces heavy, but the lamb chops with a potent mustard-onion sauce are worth ordering.
