Aerobic Fitboxing

Jab, punch, and kick your way to fun and fitness. Performed to high-energy music you'll be doing kickboxing and muscle toning and increase your flexibility.This is a special class outside of regular Fitness Center Membership.$30 per month for 1 class per week, or $40 per month for twice a week.
