This Galleria-area fast-casual restaurant can be seen as a little sister, in a way, to Skeeters and Los Tios: It's owned and run by the son and daughter of the husband-and-wife team who run the old-school Houston chains, and you can see a lot of the same family-friendly charm in this new generation's place. It's slightly upscale, befitting its location along Sage and San Felipe, but inviting and inexpensive. Burgers range from sirloin or buffalo to quinoa and black bean, while you're encouraged to build your own salad from a list of ingredients. Breakfast brings a thoughtful menu of interesting egg dishes and a build-your-own omelet station.

I went to this place at 7 p.m. on Oct. 12 which was a Friday. I had earlier gone at 7 p.m. on Oct.6 which was a Saturday. It was closed both times. No lights, locked doors. They are lying about when they are open.
I had wanted to try the place out but after 2 futile trips, I am no longer interested.
