The Acme ventures beyond the basic patty on a bun with a thick, juicy lineup of cutting-edge varietals, including a buffalo burger, a lamb burger, a Kobe beef burger, and a burger made of ground ostrich. Or opt for one of the house specials - the Jerusalamb, say (lamb with pine nuts, mint, and sumak), or the Roman (garlic, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes).
