Description
The Cherry Creek location of Abrusci's, like the Wheat Ridge original, boasts that it serves "The Best Damn Italian Food...Period." While plenty of Tuscans and Sicilians might have something to say about that, the reasonably priced menu makes Abrusci's a welcome addition to the neighborhood. The board is chock-full of such hearty favorites as pasta, pizza (many of which are gluten-free) and Italian preparations of various meats; owner Steve Progar also offers a daily happy hour with specials on food and drinks. The downstairs space is cozy and carpeted; the porch and patio are popular with passersby and patrons alike.
