Description

The view from A La Bonne Franquette is stupendous, but it can't offset the quality of the food at this Mount Baker bistro. There's a disappointingly industrial flavor to most of the French-leaning dishes here. The best choices -- bread, pate and olives -- aren't made in-house, and they're served in distressingly stingy portions.
