Years later, another tenant is giving the neighborhood a go with an American grill theme, focusing on burgers, steaks and the like. The management also pays special attention to local farmers and businesses, selecting some 85% of its food and drink offerings from Colorado producers. In an even further effort to integrate itself into the friendly 'hood, 9th Avenue Grill not only boasts specials at lunch and dinner, but also two happy hours Monday through Saturday with bargain basement prices. The interior of the Grill is anything but budget, though, with rich, dark woods and spacious tables that beg you to become a regular.
