But they all shut down so early. 303 Bar & Grill aims to be the exclusive late-night spot in the Bishop Arts District. “We’re trying to be the new spot in Oak Cliff that’s open late,? a bartender said during a recent visit. A look around the small space that makes up the bar room gives the feeling that a lot of the room’s design was inspired by an Anthropologie catalog. Whimsically stacked books and an interesting installation of firewood that curves up over the mantle of a fireplace are among the many conversation pieces floating around the room.
