Addison's 300 Dallas is a 45,000-square-foot entertainment destination featuring pool tables, video games, air hockey tables and more than 30 "state of the art" bowling lanes. Featuring the "Xtreme Bowling" lighting and sound system, with music video screens at the end of each lane, 300 Dallas is not your grandpa's bowling alley. There's a full-service bar, a lane-dedicated wait staff and an executive chef in the kitchen, too. Thanks to its size, it can host up to 1,400 guests. The complex specializes in group events for everything from company meetings to team-building events to birthday and holiday parties. Club 300 also offers a private bowling suite with six lanes for guests.

You say bowling alley; we say sports bar, because that's what it is, damn it. Sure, there are 30 state-of-the-art bowling lanes in the main area, and the score-keeping system is so high-tech and obvious, there is no hiding a bad game, though the... More >

  • 2006 | Best High-End Bowling

Bowling is, by definition, the sport of trailer trash, so it's sort of weird to see what 300 Dallas has done to it. The earth tones, the blue lights, the leather couches--it's like you're walking into a bowling alley designed for MTV Cribs. And... More >

Unique bowling experience that makes bowling feel like you're out at a bar. Great way to have fun with friends after a day of work!

You say bowling alley; we say sports bar, because that's what it is, damn it. Sure, there are 30 state-of-the-art bowling lanes in the main area, and the score-keeping system is so high-tech and obvious, there is no hiding a bad game, though the black lighting offers some degree of anonymity. But just look at the name of the place: "300 Dallas." That conjures up a bar, a nightclub, scenesters, maybe even a strip joint. There is a large bar, an attentive waitstaff that will help you with the size of your balls and shoes, good pub grub and flat-screen televisions playing mostly sporting events and placed in front of you above the pin decks, one screen for every two lanes in the bowling alley. Sorry, sports bar.
