Caleb's catch, which you should try, might be an unadorned, perfectly pan-seared salmon fillet. The house burger (made with Misty Isle organic beef and served with fontina cheese and grilled onions) is moist and flavorful, and the crisp-yet-tender shoestring fries that come with it are excellent, too. The awesomely kitschy blue vinyl barstools and rescued hotel chandelier at the bar complement an atmosphere that's both classy and relaxed, but be warned that drink service can sometimes be slooow.
