Also popular are the grilled pork chops best served with mac 'n' cheese, sweet potatoes, green beans with bacon and a cornbread muffin. But back to the catfish: 2 Kats' specialty for more than 10 years flies out of the kitchen in the form of three fish-and-shrimp specials, each bigger than the first. They are the Bayou, Bourbon St. and Super Dome, and all come with gumbo. Does it get any more Nawlins than that?
