Chicken-fried steak, sandwiches, pasta, fish tacos, storks bearing babies-15th Street has a little bit of everything. Excepting, of course, the fowl with bundles of joy. But the attraction to Jason and Laura Barnes' gray-brick downtown eatery is the burgers: mushroom, chili, barbecue bacon, Southwest avocado, none of which is more than eight dollars. As the name suggests, the owners offer catering. An appearance by their toddler son, a staple in the restaurant, costs extra.
