Description

Meals are served on platters at this diner, which has nearly two decades of slinging hash under its belt. The generous portions are one reason there's often a wait for a table, especially on weekends. Fans are willing to wait for hubcap-size pancakes, five-egg omelets and a dish inspired by Big Sky Country. The Montana is a heap of potatoes, bacon, ham, peppers, onions, cheese and sour cream.
