Description

Inexpensive Italian-American food served fast is the focus of this small Alphabet City spot. Whether you want a quick slice at the counter or a large 16" pie, pizza is the main event, with toppings ranging from artichoke to classic pepperoni. Also on the menu are entrees like baked ziti, homemade lasagna and chicken marsala. Not in the mood for Italian? Burgers are big here too, in varieties like the Mexican burger (jalapenos, cilantro, salsa) and the Texas burger (barbecue sauce, mushroom and peppers), along with several hearty Italian subs and Panini stuffed with ingredients like prosciutto and grilled chicken. While the restaurant does big business in delivery and take-out, it does have a decent amount of space for eating in, featuring lots of wood from the hardwood floors to the thickset tables.
