$5 Happy Hour 

With its posh fireplace, leather seats for two, and dim lighting, it is easy to see the sexy appeal of this Foshay tower bar. And while it certainly looks expensive, during happy hour it isn't. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. each day guests can order from a special $5 menu. Bar bites to share include sushi, prawns, and spicy meatballs with a mint-and-lemon yogurt sauce. The current cocktails are the Cherry Vanilla Fizz (vanilla vodka, cherry, and agave nectar topped with ginger ale), the Pineapple Upside Down Cake (honey bourbon, vanilla vodka, and pineapple juice), and the Herbal Remedy (rosemary-spiked vodka).
